All orders must be placed by midnight December 19th in order to ship out before the holiday break. Any orders placed after midnight on December 19th will not ship until January. This includes all orders including Rush Processing Orders. We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, January 3rd. Any customer service emails sent after 4pm on December 19th will not be responded to until we return on January 3rd.
Please read the following regarding round updates, how to change your address, modifying/canceling/combining an order, and missing packages. If your question cannot be answered here please send us a message below. We will respond within three business days (Business days are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm CST). The best way to determine which Round you ordered from is to look at your invoice or look at the date you ordered and find the coordinating round in the "Round Updates" post in the featured section of our Facebook Group Page or the "Round Updates" tab on our website.
**Please note that once a label is printed we are unable to modify it and it will ship to the address on the label**
3. Make sure that main address located on account screen matches address needed for future orders. You can edit this address by selecting "View Addresses" and then selecting "Edit" under the shown address. Please make sure only one address shows in this section.
