Current turn around time for pre-orders is 8-14 weeks from the close of the round. Please be aware that due to economic circumstance beyond our control this could change at anytime. Please only order if you are comfortable with this wait time. *Refunds will not be given due to wait time*
PRE-ORDERS:Â By ordering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed on the website and below. Pre-order turnaround is from CLOSE OF ROUND, not from order date. We reserve the right to extend rounds at our discretion.Â

COLORS: Colors may vary slightly from one fabric base to another. The variation in colors is primarily due to the unique characteristics of different fabric types and their respective dyeing processes. Some fabrics may absorb and retain dyes differently, leading to subtle differences in the final color appearance. Factors such as the texture, thickness, and composition of the fabric can influence how colors are perceived.
RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY: Due to the custom nature of orders, we are unable to cancel/change/or edit any orders once they are submitted. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting.Â
We do not combine orders.Â
FLAW POLICY-Â We inspect the fabrics to the best of our ability and strive to deliver the highest quality fabric. However, due to the nature of custom digital printing, there are no refunds or returns unless fabric is flawed. Flaws under 1 inch that do not distract from the overall appearance or are 6 inches from the selvage will not be discounted. Inspect your fabric for flaws when they arrive and email within 7 days to ohsoprettycustomfabric@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the print(s) affected. DO NOT WASH the fabric until you have measured and inspected the fabric. Once the fabric is washed the 7 day flaw policy is void. Washed/cut fabric cannot be returned. As with most fabrics, there is potential for shrink (5-10%) so please account for this. There are no discounts for shrinkage.
REWARDS PROGRAM: Rewards accrue based on the e-mail used. Accounts/points will not be combined. Only one code can be redeemed per order and are not eligible during sales. Once points are redeemed, they cannot be put back into your points balance
SHIPPING:Â It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address listed for shipping is correct. We are not responsible for orders that ship to an incorrect address and the customer will be expected to pay shipping again if the order is returned to OSP. Orders that are delivered incorrectly must have claims filed with USPS as OSP is not responsible for delivered items. **Please understand that transit times via shipping agents are out of our control.**
**Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and P.O. boxes may require additional shipping. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to your order shipping to pay the additional fees.**
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by USPS with tracking and insurance to cover the full amount of the order value plus shipping costs. The insurance covers the package if it is lost or damaged during transit. The insurance does not cover what happens to the package after the scanned delivery (stolen, etc). If you do not receive your package or if your packaged is received and the contents inside are damaged please contact us to process your claim.
We do not batch print labels. This means when you get a shipping notice, your package will go out within a couple of business days (M-F). All packages are not scanned at pickup and may not update right away. There have been many instances of packages not showing scanned or not showing movement and then being delivered.
Shipping Rates: Domestic (US) - shipping rate depends on the weight and value of the package. We include insurance on all orders and ship in tear resistant poly mailers to minimize damage that happens to the flat rate boxes. Vinyl will ship in cardboard mailing tubes or boxes depending on quantity and size. Please note that orders containing both fabric and vinyl will be shipped together with the fabric polymailer on the outside of the cardboard tube.
**Please note that due to potential increases in shipping by USPS and UPS, additional postage may be due prior to your order shipping.**

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Any shipping overages will be refunded. Insurance is required for all international packages. The system gives an estimate based on the current shipping rates however, when the label is made, additional shipping charges may be required due to postage increases.Â
International packages through USPS are taking much longer than normal. If you have an international order and chose USPS shipping at checkout, you will be e-mailed and offered alternate shipping options that may arrive faster. There may be additional charges associated with these alternate options, which the buyer can decline and have their order sent as originally chosen.

All other international rates are auto-calculated based on weight, size, and location.
**Please also note that any brokerage fees or taxes implemented by the country of the buyer are out of OSP control. We do NOT change values on customs forms as this is fraud.**

If you are inquiring on a past pre-order, please check the round (or date) you ordered and check the "Round Updates" section in the Facebook Group first. All round updates will be posted there. Please note that we cannot give info on specific orders once a round starts shipping. We do not ship in order # order, but as it comes out of the bulk shipment.Â
CHANGE OF ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS
**Please note that it can take up to 3 business days to complete your request. Please complete BOTH steps:Â
1. Change your address in your account on the website.
2. Use the contact form on the website to request an address change for any order that has not yet shipped.Â
Continuous yardage policy: we cannot guarantee continuous yardage for retail orders. All preorders we will provide try to provide continuous yardage up to 10 yards but is not guaranteed.Â
