The logo is there to protect the image and will not be printed on the fabric.
Layaway: Currently we offer LAYBUY or SEZZLE. LAYBUY is split into two payments: half is paid at checkout along with a non-refundable 1.9% fee and the other half is automatically deducted from your account 1 month later. It is essential your account is set up properly. You must follow all steps in Paypal to ensure proper set up. SEZZLE splits your payments into 4 payments. Please do not use Laybuy on retail orders, instead, use sezzle.
Retail: orders will be processed within 7 business days. We take a short break on the weekends. Continuous yardage is also not guaranteed. If you must have continuous yardage, please contact us prior to check out to ensure we have the cut you need.
Combined Orders: At this time we are unable to combine orders into one shipment. Paypal rules prevent us from doing this. Please ensure your orders are correct before you check out. We are unable to change or alter orders once they have been submitted.
Flaws: We do our very best to look over the fabric to ensure you do not receive flawed fabric, however, accidents will occur. Should you receive fabric that is flawed or if you receive the incorrect fabric you MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your fabric. Do not wash the fabric before you have contacted us. We will advise you on the appropriate action. Any fabric that has been washed will be non-returnable and non-refundable. Any flaws less than a dime in size will not be refunded. If you receive any flaws greater than a dime in size please contact us at email@example.com. Due to the custom nature and the preorder process we do not accept returns or exchange
